Nomination Set Up Crew

Volunteers will help set up for the Edmonton-Mill Woods Nomination Meeting taking place on April 8th, 2026. The event begins at 7:00pm, and we will need help setting up tables, chairs, filling balloons, and preparing other decorations.

Nomination Check In Volunteers

Volunteers will help visitors register and check in for the Edmonton-Mill Woods Nomination Meeting taking place on Wednesday April 8th, 2026. The event officially ends at 9:00pm. We will need help setting up the Check In table, help people check into the event, and help people register if they did not sign up beforehand.

Nomination Information Volunteers

Volunteers will help answer any questions from visitors and guests who attend the event. You may assist someone with finding the facility bathroom, or point a new registrant to sign up for a membership. The Edmonton-Mill Woods Nomination Meeting taking place on April 8th, 2026.
